OUR SOURCING PROCESS

At RMS we have come to realize that the better our candidates are in their specific line of work or field of expertise, the better we are able to satisfy our client’s needs and concerns. Every time we place staff with our client’s our intention is to improve the client’s standard of work or production by supplying them with top quality staff. Our sourcing process is dedicated to achieve just that, by using the following methods:

Nationally, Refiloe Molemo Solutions is able to source and recruit staff at very short notice as we are continuously sourcing for all our clients country wide.

We do head hunting for those hard to get professionals that do not apply for vacancies advertised. 

We make extensive use of Electronic Media to replenish our data base continuously and in doing so maintain a very current and active selection of candidates for our clients.

Subject to the client’s standards and wishes skills testing can be done, to assess the candidate’s compatibility with your standards and requirements.

These are drawn up after suitable candidates have been identified and interviewed and are presented to our clients for their initial review and comments.

These are done at our office during the final offer stages.
