We completely understand the challenges currently faced by job seekers in South Africa due to high unemployment rate and diminishing meaningful job opportunities. Employers are constantly faced with the need to scale down on resourcing and recruitment while fending off the plight of the great resignation and other impacts related to COVID 19 Pandemic.
We implore both job seekers and employers alike to not lose hope, but continue with resilience, hope and grit. Job seekers in particular need to find ways means to be able to make it across the line and set themselves apart as applicants, candidates and potential new hires.
At RMS, we are open to have those discussions and device a plan to help improve chances of being employed through rigorous interview preparation, in-depth discussions about the next move (level of career, work environment and preferred employer).
